Overview
Please read the following terms regarding our refund and return policy carefully.
- Repair Services: Fees associated with repair services are non-refundable once the repair has been completed, regardless of the circumstances.
- Policy Duration: Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns:
- Perishable goods, such as parts used in a repair (e.g., LCD screens, batteries, etc.), food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Used parts (e.g., repaired screens, batteries).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be issued, such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return (approved or rejected). If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
- If you are approved for a refund, please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – there may be some processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please follow these steps:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Trackable Shipping Service: For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
