Step 1: Book Your Intake Appointment & Pay the Diagnostic Fee
  • Schedule your Mail-In Repair appointment using the booking calendar below to reserve technician bench time.
  • Pay the Mail-In Processing & Diagnostic Fee of $69.99 per device (non-refundable).

    During checkout, provide:

    1. Device make and model
    2. Serial number (if available)
    3. A detailed description of the issue
    4. Before shipping, take clear photos of the front and back of your device for your records.
Step 2: Package & Ship Your Device
  • Place your device in a sturdy shipping box with adequate protection, such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts.
  • Do not ship devices in padded paper envelopes, as they do not provide sufficient protection.

Include a note inside the package with:

  1. Your full name
  2. Phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Square Appointment Date and/or Appointment ID
  5. Seal the package securely, attach your shipping label, and ship it using your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Step 3: Diagnostics & Repair Approval
  • Once your package arrives, we will notify you by email or text message confirming that it has been safely received.
  • Our technicians will perform a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and determine the required repair.

  3. If you approve the repair, a secure Square Invoice will be emailed to you for payment.

Step 4: Secure Return Shipping
  • After your repair is completed, your device undergoes thorough quality testing before shipment.
  • Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
  • For your protection, all return shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Your repaired device will typically arrive within 3–5 business days after the repair has been completed and payment has been received.

1. Data Backup & Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up all personal data, photos, and files prior to shipping your device. MobiTech Xpress is not liable for any data loss or corruption during diagnostic or repair services.

2. Shipping & Transit: Customers are responsible for safely packaging devices prior to shipment. MobiTech Xpress is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our facility. Returned shipments will be sent to the address provided during intake.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Water Exposure: Devices with prior liquid intrusion, severe structural damage, or prior repair attempts may have hidden defects. MobiTech Xpress is not responsible for component failures arising from pre-existing hardware issues during service.

4. Unclaimed Property: Devices left unpaid or uncollected for more than 30 days following completion notice will be deemed abandoned and disposed of or recycled in accordance with local regulations.

5. Manufacturer Warranty: Third-party repairs may void original manufacturer warranties and water-resistance seals.
