Mail-In Repair Instructions

  • Step-1: Sent us an email for an estimate.

    1. Pay Mail-In Processing Service Fee $69.99 each device (Non-Refundable).
    2. Describe problems or issues of your device.
    3. Please take pictures of the device (front and back).
    4. Make sure your name, phone number and email address are included with your device model number.

  • Step-2: Mailing The Package to Us

    1. Find a box that your device fits securely in, and pack it with some bubble wrap, packing peanuts.
    2. Slap the mailing slip and ship!
    3. Take the package to a local USPS station. Ship to the below address:

    4. Ask the attendant to add signature confirmation to the package.
    5. Keep the tracking number they give you to monitor the package's status.
    6. Send us the tracking number by email (Mail-In-Repair@mobitechxpress.com). so we can monitor the package status too.

  • Step-3: The Repair

    1. We'll contact you as soon as we receive your device.
    2. We'll diagnostic the devices and letting you know the final cost of the repair.
    3. We'll send you an invoice to pay the repair service.

    Note:
    Final Repair Cost Included: Part, Labor, Taxes and shipping cost.
    You'll Receive your device(s) within 3-5 business days after the completion of the repair.

  • Step-4: Ready to Ship

    1. We will send it back to you and require a signature from you to accept the package.
    2. We'll get it to the post office and then send you email saying the phone has been shipped out.
    3. You'll get a second email from the US Post Office with a tracking number for your shipment. You can then follow it all the way back
